For over four decades I have been inspiring, instructing and entertaining readers as a writer and editor. 

 My qualifications:

Bachelor’s  degree in English

Master’s degree in Adult Education

 I have honed my craft as a writer and editor

For over 25 years published information for the rental property industry in the Rental Property Reporter and The Northwest Landlord along with writing seven books, two of which are now available on Amazon.

 I have honed my craft as a speaker and trainer.

• a professional speaker for more than 20 years traveling from border to border and coast to coast doing speeches and seminars on profitable property management.

• 30 year member of Toastmasters

• professional member of the National Speakers Association for two years, 10 years,

• designed training courses for companies such as Thomson Corporation and AME Learning,

• designed and conducted my own trainings for customers through Cain Publications' subsidiary, the Rental Property Reporter for both on-site presentations, teleseminars, and webinars.

• college professor teaching English, writing and speech for 10 years
